JDAVIS Design Process

JDAVIS Architects needed a way to clearly articulate their design process—both as an internal tool for staff and as a transparent resource for clients and potential partners. I developed a Design Process Manual that outlined the firm’s methodology from start to finish, using clear visuals and straightforward language to demystify each phase of the work.

The challenge: to build understanding and trust by making the firm’s process both accessible and visible—internally and externally. As a complement to the manual, I created a year-long brand awareness campaign that spotlighted a key principle of the design process each quarter: Transparent, Multidisciplinary, Dynamic, and Empowering. Each theme was supported by custom posters, social media content, and a series of playful, process-themed stickers—designed to weave the messaging into the day-to-day environment of the studio.
